Dining

At BRC, we believe food is more than nutrition—it’s one of the great joys of life. That’s why we created reimagined dining options on our campus.

Whether you’re sitting down for table service at the Custer Room or grabbing a quick slice at the Junction, you’ll find nutritious and delicious options that feed your mind, body, and soul.

Dynamic. Creative. Healthy.

We want meals to be an experience. Sit down for a gracious, relaxed dinner in the Custer Dining Room, where smiling team members provide table service and know everyone’s name and tastes. Meet friends at the Junction and choose from the coffee bar, pizza oven, grill, salad bar, or the mouth-watering daily specials. Or head to Gardenside Diner for a leisurely brunch on a charming umbrella-covered patio.

Chef Adrian and the dining team go out of their way to make food at BRC a delicious experience. They meet regularly with residents to fine-tune menus and focus on constant improvement. And of course, they happily accommodate special requests.

Custer Dining Room

The Custer Room is “comfortably gracious” – a sit-down restaurant where the atmosphere is welcoming and the pace relaxed. Tableside service is provided with a smile by dining team members who cherish the opportunity to get to know you personally.

The Junction

Our casual dining venue is your destination for quick, fun, easy bites. With a coffee bar, deli, grill, pizza oven, salad bar, and daily action station, you’ll find plenty to love! And as one of the busiest spots on campus, you’ll no doubt have a chance to catch up with a neighbor or even make a new connection.

Gardenside Diner

Our newest on-campus dining venue features an all-day breakfast menu with fantastic daily specials and easy access to the Retreat, our tranquil meditation garden. Located in Assisted Living but open to residents at all levels of living, it’s the perfect place to visit over a cup of fresh coffee.

To remain eligible for the Home No Matter What Promise, residents must fulfill their obligations in turn as citizens of the BRC community and not give away the resources needed to meet financial obligations to BRC.
