What does the monthly fee cover? Are meals included?
Your monthly fee includes the cost of all interior and exterior maintenance of your residence, participation in wellness programs, planned community activities and entertainment, transportation to local medical appointments, access to campus amenities, and a meal allowance.
Depending on the residence you choose, housekeeping or some utilities may also be included.
Can I decorate my residence as I wish?
You’ve spent a lifetime developing your personal taste and style, and your home at BRC should be a reflection of you. Residents are welcome to decorate their homes to their liking and will even have the opportunity to make customizations during the move-in and renovation process.
Are pets welcome?
Absolutely! Well-behaved pets are welcome in independent living residences. The complete pet policy is detailed in the IL Resident Handbook.

To remain eligible for the Home No Matter What Promise, residents must fulfill their obligations in turn as citizens of the BRC community and not give away the resources needed to meet financial obligations to BRC.
